Petronor and BBK renew with Athletic Bilbao
Soccer club Athletic Bilbao, of Spain’s La Liga, have renewed major sponsorship deals with Petronor and BBK until 2014. The logo of local oil company Petronor, who became the first shirt sponsor in the Basque club’s history in 2008, will continue to adorn Bilbao’s first team shirt in a deal valued by Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo at US$2.89 million per year plus incentives – a five per cent increase on the original agreement.
