Aurreko batean esplikatu genuen, “elkar ulertze memorandum bat sinatu zutela“ Eusko Jaurlaritzaren eta Flandesko Gobernuaren artean; zein garrantzi duen, gure ikuspuntutik, Europa barruan estatu azpiko eragileen arteko zuzeneko harremana dutenen sareak eratzeak.
Gaur aipatu nahi dugu beste memorandum hauetako baten sinadura, oraingoan Eusko Jaurlaritzaren eta Ipar Irlandaren artekoa. Ez dugu berriz esango aurrekoan esan genuena. Soilik gogora ezazue xedea izan behar duela “Herri libreen Europa Batu” bat eratzea.

FARRY SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH BASQUE GOVERNMENT
Employment and Learning Minister Dr Stephen Farry today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Basque Government to encourage future collaboration in vocational education. The MoU was signed at the ‘International Encounters on Vocational Education and Training’ conference, which was held in Donostia- San Sebastián, in the Basque region of Spain. Minister Farry also delivered a speech to the international audience. Minister Farry said: “Developing relationships such as this with the Basque Government allows us to learn from our shared experiences and provides a strong foundation on which we can build future cooperation.
